Studio Refresh: What’s New at Dottiewood

This March, we gave Dottiewood a little makeover—and by “little,” we mean four spaces, fresh paint, new furniture, and a whole new energy. We wanted to make the studios feel even more versatile, inspiring, and ready for whatever you’re dreaming up—whether that’s a shoot, a workshop, or a party. Here’s a peek at what we updated:

Bao Studio: From Bold to Beautifully Moody
This studio used to be home to bold neon squiggles—fun, but ready for a reset. We gave the whole space a fresh coat of warm mocha brown, including the walls and those squiggles, and brought in plush metallic leather furniture to round it out. The vibe now is rich, cozy, and endlessly cool—perfect for a moody shoot, editorial moment, or elevated hang.

Tomas Studio: Colorful Comfort Meets Retro Charm
Once a mix of pale blue and red, this studio is now a sunny, welcoming space with walls painted the softest butter yellow. We styled it with a vintage rattan dining set, a palm tree-print couch, and a velvet-armchair reading nook that’s just begging you to sit down and stay a while. It’s playful, a little nostalgic, and full of character. Perfect for your next editorial, product, food shoot.

The Shape Studio: The Perfect Peachy Pink
Our beloved shape studio got a full glow-up in the form of peachy-pink walls that instantly warm up the space. It’s soft, minimal, and endlessly photogenic—just like the sculptural props inside. The Shape Studio is the perfect backdrop for your next shoot or event. This may just be our favorite color yet.

This iconic hallway now boasts crisp white walls paired with a striking black-and-white checkered floor.
