  • Your Dottiewood Studios membership is your all-inclusive pass to a creative journey like no other. It includes reserved studio hours, discounted rates for extra hours, personal equipment storage, members-only studio days, free access to our special events, and a standing discount on hosting your own events here. Plus, the invaluable opportunity to mingle with the minds of fellow creatives!

  • Our membership day is unique, reserved especially for our members. Once a month, we clear our booking schedule to open the studio exclusively for you. With 10,000 sq ft at your disposal and a cap on membership numbers, you have free reign to explore your creative boundaries.

    Studios are first-come, first-served, but our community-minded members often collaborate or share space. Feel free to bring models, photographers, and even pets—just keep your entourage size considerate. It's all about feeling good and fostering creativity!

  • We understand that needs and circumstances can change, which is why we've made our cancellation policy simple and fair. We ask for an initial three-month commitment to experience all that Dottiewood has to offer fully. After that, your membership shifts to a month-to-month basis. If you decide to cancel, just let us know before your next renewal date, and we'll process it without hassle. Your creative journey should be stress-free from start to finish!

  • Booking your perfect spot is a breeze. Reach out to us via email or a simple phone call, and we’ll handle the rest. Our members deserve the best service, and we ensure you get the studio you want, when you want.

  • The day you sign up is your auto-renewal date e.g. if you signed up on November 2nd, you’ll auto-renew on December 2nd onwards. For overflow hours, we’ll send you a quick invoice prior to your booking at the relevant rate.

  • This is such a good deal; we don’t roll hours over. If you know you’re travelling or unlikely to use your hours for the upcoming month, message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • You must have completed at least one booking at Dottiewood Studios before you can sign up for the membership. We keep our membership numbers small and mighty and we want to have worked with all members before they join the program.
